Screen Size

• Screen 13 (S13): > 5.0 mm – small bean size
• Screen 16 (S16): > 6.3 mm (approx. 6.3–6.4 mm) – medium size, widely traded
• Screen 18 (S18): > 7.1 mm (approx. 7.1–7.4 mm) – large size, often considered higher quality

Processing / Cleaning Methods
Wet Polished: Beans are processed (wet or dry), then mechanically polished with water to remove surface defects, resulting in uniform, glossy beans and extremely low defect rates.
Cleaned: Beans are cleaned from impurities and basic defects but may not undergo deep “wet polishing.”
